You must create an account to use DetentionPro. You are responsible for:
DetentionPro offers Free, Pro Driver ($9.99/month), and Fleet ($99/month) plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to DetentionPro. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store that content solely for providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded documents.
DetentionPro uses AI to generate claim letters and other content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be legally sufficient. You are responsible for reviewing all content before sending it to brokers or carriers.
DetentionPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detention claims will be successful.
DetentionPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, unpaid detention claims, or business interruption.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
